Evergreene Architectural Arts is a property restoration service operating out of 450 W 31st St, Fl 7, New York, NY 10001. Our work is focused on water damage restoration and the architectural and interior repair that a water-affected property needs before it can be considered finished.
The two sides of that work belong together. A property owner dealing with a leak or flood needs water removed and materials dried, but they also need the ceiling, the wall, the drywall, and the trim put back into good condition. We take on both, which means a single point of contact from the first assessment through to the last coat of paint on a repaired surface.
Our approach is deliberately practical. We tell you what the moisture readings show, what needs to be removed, what can be dried and saved, and what the repair work involves. When something falls outside what we do, we say so.
Every project moves through the same four stages, from the initial water damage assessment to the finished restoration of affected surfaces.
We inspect the property, trace where water has travelled, and take moisture readings across ceilings, walls, and floors. This defines the scope: what has to come out, what can be dried in place, and what repair work will follow.
Standing water is extracted and saturated materials that cannot be recovered are removed. The work area is contained and cleaned so that the drying stage starts on a clear, controlled site.
Air movers and dehumidification equipment are set up to draw moisture out of floor assemblies, wall cavities, and ceiling voids. We monitor readings and adjust the setup until materials reach a dry, stable condition.
With the property dry, we rebuild and refinish: drywall and plaster repair, ceiling and wall reinstatement, trim and molding repair, surface preparation, and painting so repaired areas match the surrounding finishes.
Our office sits between Hudson Yards and the Garment District, which puts most of our service area within a short distance. We regularly work in Hudson Yards, Chelsea, the Garment District, and Midtown Manhattan, along with Hell's Kitchen, the Flatiron District, and the surrounding areas of Manhattan and New York City.
Working in these neighbourhoods means working in occupied buildings: high-rise apartments and co-ops, converted loft floors, offices, showrooms, and ground-floor retail. Water damage in this context affects more than one space at a time, so access, scheduling, protection of shared areas, and containment of the work zone are part of how we plan each project rather than an afterthought.
It also means dealing with buildings of very different ages and construction. A modern residential tower and an older loft building respond to water in different ways, and the repair details differ accordingly.
